- Fixed some client-side third person issues.
- Made third person camera allowed by default on all dedicated servers, use the setting ?AllowThirdPersonPlayer=false to disable it on a server.

Hello to the team, just signed in to work on OfficialServer8 found my survivors were not listed in the server list. Just hoping it is just another update and all is well.
